Resolving Sync Delays

Message sync delays are usually temporary but can be resolved with the following steps.

1. Refresh the page or restart the app.

2. Check your internet connection.

3. Go to Settings > Integrations and reconnect the affected integration.

4. Check the status page for any ongoing incidents.
