Fixing Email Delivery Issues

If outgoing emails are not being delivered, try these steps.

  1. Verify your email integration settings under Settings > Integrations > Email.

  2. Check that your sending domain has valid SPF and DKIM records.

  3. Review your email provider's sending limits.

  4. Check the activity log for any bounce or rejection messages.

If the problem persists, contact support with the relevant log entries.
